Locals: Get Started
The Customer Area is for customers/clients that were given account access by the OHH farm manager. It is not open to anyone other than current and past local customers and clients of Old Homestead Hideaway. In order to access this area, please contact us and we will set up an account for you.
Once you have an account, log in using the username and password given to you. You are then advised to immediately go to the “My account” tab, choose “Edit account” and change your password.
Tip: Check the “Remember me” box the next time you log in. This is an optional feature to store login information. If you cannot remember your login information, click on the “Lost password?” link below the login form. You will be prompted to submit your username or email address where a new password will be emailed to you.
Once logged in, you are in a private area accessible only to you. Here, you have the option to view/download files uploaded to your account by our farm manager (including invoices and any other documentation) located under the “Files” tab, you can update your personal account information (mailing address, phone number, etc.) under the “My account” tab, and read important information under the “Pages” tab (pages are created by the administrator). The “Dashboard” tab gives you an overview of the other three tabs mentioned above.
If it becomes necessary for you to upload files to the OHH farm manager, please contact us and we will add this feature to your account.
